This program is designed for individuals who have strong, tech-enabled business ideas but lack the financial means, mentorship, or networks needed to bring their vision to life. We support founders who have potential, but not access.

We aim to identify and empower those who:

• Are generally 18–35 years old .
  

• Come from financially constrained or underserved regions where access to resources is limited.
  

• Have a business concept with the potential to create local employment or contribute to sustainable economic growth.
  

• Show commitment, integrity, and the willingness to learn and iterate.
  

• Demonstrate ambition, initiative, and resilience, regardless of formal experience or background.
  

• Have the drive to build real businesses, not just projects or prototypes.

  
  

Selection Process

In our initial phase, the selection process will be closed and invitation-based, ensuring we identify promising founders carefully and intentionally. We will prioritize individuals discovered through trusted referrals and internal community networks who align with the values and goals of the program.
Process Overview:

1. Referral / Internal Outreach
   Candidates are identified through our network, partner organizations, and trusted community members.

   
   

2. Application Submission
   Referred candidates will complete a short application outlining their business idea, motivation, and intended impact.

   
   

3. Shortlisting
   Applications will be reviewed to evaluate clarity of idea, potential for business viability, and founder commitment.

   
   

4. Interview
   Shortlisted candidates will participate in a one-on-one interview to assess vision, approach to execution, and personal drive.

   
   

5. Cohort Selection
   Final candidates will be selected based on potential, readiness, and alignment with the program’s mission.

As the program grows, later cohorts will include more open application rounds, allowing a wider pool of early-stage founders to participate.
